Tview Alarm ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following information when you use tviewalarm:

Account information — your email address and display name when you create an account
Device token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used exclusively to deliver push notifications to your device
Alert data — the content of TradingView webhook alerts you receive, stored in your alert history
Webhook configuration — the names and settings of webhook URLs you create
Volatility tracker settings — the symbols, thresholds, and timeframes you configure
Subscription status — your plan tier and subscription status, managed via RevenueCat
Usage preferences — Do Not Disturb settings, alarm sound preferences, and app language

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect exclusively to provide and improve the Tview Alarm service:

To deliver push notifications and loud alarms to your device when a TradingView alert fires
To store and display your alert history
To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits
To apply your Do Not Disturb schedule and alarm sound preferences
To send backup notifications via Telegram or email if you have enabled these features

DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service. Data is stored in Google's servers and is subject to Google's security standards. We retain your alert history for up to 90 days on paid plans.

DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, and push notification delivery
RevenueCat — subscription management for iOS and Android
Railway — server hosting
Vercel — website hosting
SendGrid — email backup notifications (only if you enable this feature)
Telegram — backup notifications (only if you connect your Telegram account)

YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data
Right to portability — you can request your data in a machine-readable format

ACCOUNT DELETION

You can delete your account at any time from the app Settings screen. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers, including your alert history, webhook configurations, and volatility trackers.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Tview Alarm is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
