COMMON SUPPORT TOPICS

TviewAlarm alarms not ringing on Android — the most common cause is Android battery optimization silencing or killing the app in the background. Go to Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization and set TviewAlarm to "Not optimized". Also confirm the app has notification permission. If the problem persists, email us.

TradingView webhook not triggering the alarm — verify your webhook URL is correctly pasted into your TradingView alert (Settings → Notifications → Webhook URL). Make sure the alert condition is actually firing. Check the TviewAlarm alert history to see if the webhook was received.

Subscription & billing — TviewAlarm subscriptions are managed entirely through the Google Play Store. To cancel, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → TviewAlarm → Cancel. For refund requests, contact Google Play directly. For access issues after payment, email us.

Account deletion — email tviewalarm@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your account email address. This permanently removes your alert history, webhook URLs, and all associated data.

Feature requests — TviewAlarm is actively developed. If you trade a specific asset class, use a workflow that's not well-supported, or have an idea that would make the app more useful, send it over. We genuinely read these.
